Hi everybody, it’s Jeanne Bliss here. I’m not writing another book this year. Instead, what I’m going to do is provide you with a series of three to five minute videos based on what I know. What I know from being a practitioner for over 25 years in big companies, leading this work. What I know about the changes in the human condition and what people need. What I know about leading, but also being a part of a company that is admired not only for what they do, but for how they do it.
The other thing that I’m going to cover is: why I know what I know. Why I know about the importance of honoring customers as the asset. Why I know that the ROI isn’t everything when it comes to showing up as a human company, and that you need to earn the right to grow. Why I know that connecting the silos is much more than an action plan. Why listening to customers is not just about surveys, but also about understanding their lives. And why I know that becoming an admired and prosperous company is first and foremost, about leadership—about the humanity of leaders, and about enabling people to bring the best version of themselves to work.
